I think those large blocks are institutions that attended the road show and that believe the paradigm shift theory and that value stocks more on growth rates and projected earnings/revenues. More importantly, who are the sellers? Are they some of the 14 mm shares owned by employees and management at $2 per share? The key to this stock is obviously the revenue growth? Will this company really do $1.5 billion in 96 as Chiros believes? That implies 426 mm for the next three quarters. Say they do 350 mm this quarter, then they must do 464 mm for the September and December quarter. The Sep quarter is obviously slow, so is it possible that the Sep quarter will have revenue more than 2x's the March quarter. Further the company's inventories and backlog are not accelerating as is usually the case when a company is ramping up. Finally management has stated that they can only do 5 mm zips and prices will be lowered. My god, with lower average prices, how many drives have to be sold to reach this $1.5 billion number in 1996. Any thoughts.
