On 10/15, ERS lost its CFO to Rawlings Sporting Goods. Looks like the writing is on the wall. These stocks are going in two totally different directions. It's been a long time - they really only starting diverging this year. Six years ago, I made the assessment that TLS had the upper hand so I only bet on one company. But for the longest time, ERSI had the larger market cap. This may finally be the resolution of that battle.
