Glenn: Do you agree that time is an important parameter
w.r.t Sale Price. If so, will NN's Sales increase or decrease if margins are maintained ,as time goes by.? This is the question that Mgmt and Investors must first decide.

In my estimate, just 2 main factors decide the Sale barter terms thereafter :

a: Historical 3 year average cash flow and sales/share of NN

b: Similar ratios for similar mature Companies bought out this year.

I doubt any one will value NN on the basis of an ASND sale.
