I just want to know how Foley is going to arrange private placements and joint ventures through his home office, The Amrhein Foley Group, when a week after announcing his plan to do so, he takes a job, working as an employee of another firm.

One might reasonably ask whether this is unlikely.

I suppose next weekend we will know whether they came up with $1.5 M cash as promised in 30 days.

If they don't come up with the cash, that doesn't look good.

OTOH, if they do, then it raises again the question of why a company claiming to be profitable should find itself needing to raise cash in a private placement.
