Marc: We discussed it "way back when" in one of the threads. Looks like a good deal to me, and I was buying on the weakness yesterday. Not much, however. NPSP has been taking it on the chin ever since, fair or not. I've got an old (July or so) copy of Harry's newsletter around here someplace. I'll dig it out and review his comments. If I find anything of interest, I'll let you know. Hard to tell if AMGN is moving slowly or if they're just keeping everything close to vest. We might all profit from an in-depth review of the combined entity. Rick
