One antenna per tower does it for a cellular provider. The antennas are small and appear on a ring or horizontal triangle all at one height. Another provider at a different height on the tower generates another monthly rent ($1,500 each provider per month).

Try www.americantower.com for information. The site is down at the moment, but it may help when it comes up. American Tower has 8,000, I recall, towers all over the country. They are the largest. All of the tower companies list the locations of their antennas on their websites so providers can shop for a tower in the cell they need coverage.
