S1 just being filed so shares probably won't be registered for at least 30 maybe 60 days. Two important wells drilling right now with results in November, then Valentine well will be drilling;, also stock may be back on small cap NASDAQ by end of year. See no reason for investors to sell anything until all these events occur especially with strong winter natural gas prices. Cheers,Ed!
