I expect MSFT knows they have a PR battle coming and have already prepared the text of their response. They may even have held up on the tracking stock and spin-off to counter what justice eventually wants them to do. In either event, I believe all the bad news is already priced into this stock and I believe it goes straight up after the announcement is made. But, when the hell is it going to be made? The judge was sure anxious to let everyone know on earnings day it would be Friday. That tactic was so obvious it telegraphs what the judge is eventually going to say. I am hoping to this is out by Nov. 19 as I have a slew of MSFT Nov 90 calls.
