Victor: As you are well aware, Microsoft has lost patent suits. One that comes to mind is Stacker. If Microsoft is infringing Priceline's Patents which is being alledged by Priceline and if the patents are held valid, the judgement against Microsoft could be tremendous. However, there are many ways to go from Point A to Point B. I hope Microsoft has got patents based on this Expedia concept. dave
