I want to thank you all for responding. Looks like there is a hard core Quest group still left.
any way, Tried to talk to Paul today for some up dates.He was in a meeting, and then I had to leave. so maybe next week.
from what I can figure out,
if Standard needs to raise any more Money.
I feel they should go to current Holders.
I will relay that to Paul.
maybe a Rights offering, like Sunshine Mining did when they had a down time.
I even made money on that deal.
Right would entitle you to one unit, maybe like two shares and 1 warrant.
oversubscription right, and stock left over, you can go for, prorate.
Maybe, I can get a up date on things next week.

The Chairman's job is open for Jan 1,2000 for Standard Group.
any one that wants it, its open, if not, I will be elected.
My only experience is with unions, and Real Estate Company.
I was elected to Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers as chairman, so that is my only experience as a Chairman, with the union, handled 150 union members .
currently elected as Vice President.
Was involved with a Real Estate Company that was INC.
