The following announcement was issued by Bloomberg this afternoon:

Sandisk Corp. (SNDK), Sunnyvale, Calif., public offering of 3 million shares. Morgan Stanley Dean Witter.

In other words, the shares come on the market on Monday. Will be interesting to see whether the stock will react downwards.
