D.Bryan, Good news maybe on the horizon...

I agree with what you say and maybe some good news will
be coming up with Longline Drill results.
What ever happens with the Bob Burban situation, I think
that it may be a lesson to the current directors that
this is a public company they are dealing with and their
actions must be accountable to the general shareholders.

I also appreciate John Haleys response, I simply did not
have time to type in a more fully considered response. But it is the week-end now so "time is on my side' ;-)

It was not my objective to frighten BAM shareholders into selling their holdings but just to make it clear to the directors that they have acted "immaturely" on this and that we "the shareholders" or at least "this shareholder" wish them to raise the bar.
On the conflict of interest issue, the facts here are true I believe (on convertible note) and I personally believe that the share price has been manipulated during times when interest rates calculation are done (I think it is based on three trading days) to maximise the number of shares obtained. This is not very hard to do given the very small turnover of shares in BAM.
All this is speculation of course and I cannot provide any direct evidence, but look at the pricing graph and the correlations between interest payment periods and price.

I am writing this mostly to make the people concerned, aware of the fact that their actions with BAM are in the public forum. I hope that this is all just the rantings of a slightly disappointed shareholder and everything is fine and transparent with the BAM share market.

I think that BAM has as good a set of expoloration properties as a jnr. can expect and now some partnerships which may finally releize the potential of these.
So lets hope that the bad times are going to be behind us and that our investments in BAM starts to pay off.

My personal opinion is that it would be premature to sell out of BAM at this point, but good drill results must be coupled with a "clean shop front" for the investor community to take an interest in BAM.
So lets hope that the directors make the appropriate reparations ASAP.

Cheers from OZ.
