I agree at some price you are going to start the return of silver back into the market, but I suspect that it will be at much higher than we have now. Silver bought for a dowry, is just that - silver for a dowry. If a father wants to wed his daughter off - he's better have one (a dowry) .... if he doesn't he's SOL.
