Hank,
These are new investors. I found out today that the one million
shares that went through were to a mining company with head offices
in London Ontario(my home town). There was also a press release
today from Macdonald Oil. Controlling interest(3 million shares) has been sold by Frank Smenke to a group of investors.
Lets hope the Mill City deal closes shortly, I think you will see more positive signs then.
