Welcome Back Gus! ......you're not long winded - just information intensive. We ARE however going to need a note from your doctor, your last three girlfriends, and an signed affidavit promising to return before we can let you take leave of the board again. AXC's litigation strategy seems sound .... I'm glad they won a round ....but the resulting numbers, short and long term, sure seem uncertain to me right now. To state the obvious, they can't keep spending 9 to make 8 unless their lawyer is that wheeler dealer in Catch 22 ( forgot his name) ....but I am sure that there is substantially more to it all than that, and that the company will make it clear before too long. For one it makes sense, as another poster mentioned, that most of the cost is pretrial preparation.Never will confuse this with the explosive potential of KM ( with a tip of the hat to James and the market) and the very long term promise of DST, DIS, and other potential projects. That IBM rumor, if true ...who knows....could well be a wonder. For the glamor and for what it would say about MR enhancement.
