ZUS and USO Acquisition! Zeus Energy (ZUS.V) and U.S. Oil&Gas (USO.V) in a news release today, announced the acquisition of the Echo Valley Prospect in Oklahoma. In addition, the companies anticipate having equipment onto the Nettle-Cassell Property April 14 in order to prepare the drill site of the off-set well. The full news release can be viewed at tandemcap.com In reference to the off-set well, the companies plan on drilling the well 640 feet from the discovery well which was drilled in 1994. According to articles in the Wall Street Journal and The Journal of Record, the discovery well was originally tested at 5,000 barrels a day, but has been a consistent 400 to 500 barrel a day producer.
