Hey an $8 million settlement and protection of AXC patent is good news. They must have something worth stealing. Ampex alleged that Mitsubishi's picture-in-a-picture feature infringed an Ampex patent and won. The stock is dirt cheap at this point. It's been rolling up and down for around $10 - $6 range. That is not that hard to take! Heck, it's cheap enough at $6+ to load up and write a load of covered calls.
