The stock went down to pre merger announcement levels because the merger with compuware (in cash, $9) is now highly unlikely. Without merger, VIAS is doomed, because from whar I heard, many employees left so they may have a difficult time to stand on their own feets. It might fall back to the $3 level.

OTOH, aftermarket big bids at $5 and above have been shown...
