But I would like to respond in that to me the legal connections
that TDC has to Bumbat thru the laws of that country Mongolia,
plus Mongolia's commitment in writing and spirit to international
laws which they endorsed in years past has put a strong hold on
the Bumbat issue between TDC and MAC, and thusly between
the Mongolian bank and MAC.

To me, NO way is TDC to settle unless the rules of their law and the
international agreements are used as the means as settlement.

As for when ? I see it all depending on the price of gold. If the likes
of the GATA type activities are successful, then this or next year.
And if not, then later, after next year or the following year, etc.
