Unbelievable that he would tell people he was 12 when he was actually 14 (like that's not young enough). The father was obviously trying to play the kid angle as much as he could.

I don't know any 14 year olds that tell people they are 12. Hell my son always used to tell people when he was 12 also the fraction that he was on the way to 13. He wanted everybody to know he was getting older. Normal kids don't tell people they are 2 years younger than they actually are . . . they think that's sooooo uncool.

This is really disgusting that an adult would do this . . . pretend to be a kid and even send his kid to be on CNBC. I wonder if CNBC would like to do a follow up story. Maybe they could do a story on how they all got duped into believing that this kid was a whiz with stocks.
