Dr. Murphy was a consultant with Cephalon who left the company in November of 1996. NEVER base your decisions on an officer(ex-officer in this case)selling his holdings. Harkenman looks for any little "bad" news. He's missing all the good. Like I said, Let's talk on May 9th. And believe me, even if the Advisory Board turns down Myotrophin, the full FDA will approve it. I remember when UUNT VP sold 150,000 shares (85% of holdings) 1 month later they were bought out for twice what he sold it for, and it has doubled since then! Same thing with the a few of the officers of MSFT last year. The stock doubled since then. 5 officers from DELL sold a substantial amount of their holdings in February of 1996. It has quintupled since then. Officers, especially ex-officers, know nothing. They sell for a variety of reasons (buying a house, property, margin calls, etc.) If Frank Baldino sells his holdings at CEPH, then let me know. Not some peon who used to work at the company.
