You can open an account by contacting any of the brokers in your town or anywhere.There are many listed on the web. If you are interested in only fully integrated web-based brokers you may want to wait a little bit. As you may have heard TATA Finance and TD Waterhouse have just announced a partnership business deal recently to with the view of establishing internet based trading across the country as and when the proper eCommerce laws are passed which shouldn't be too far off now.
