You still have hope that the incomes will grow in India. Aren't you too generous.

I am of the view that the ONLY way incomes can be made to grow in India is by throwing open the ENTIRE economy to foreign companies, ignoring the shrill cries of the "swadeshi" crowd.

One company marketed chewing gum. It surmised that Indians are chewing people. Remember the PAN. But it was a flop. The don't chew gum, but they chew pan.

Of course. And they also SPIT all over the place! I once visited some government building in New Delhi that was particularly filthy -- filthier than most other buildings that I had seen in India. Gee! They should have called that building the "Red Fort" instead! <g> Looks like the area of law enforcement too has to be handed over to foreigners, eh?!<g> ;-)
