It's going to be the stuff that very bad nightmares are made of. Think of the worse and multiply it tenfold. But, the obscene nature of the findings of facts will be treated well in the marketplace because they willbe so outrageous that an appeal will freely flow. I'm sort of surprised that the Judge didn't release today (the 70th anniversary of the 1929 crash). He could have then blamed a repeat on Microsoft.
