MB: I am amazed at the astute awareness some posters have for the superficial histrionics of the courtroom vs. the fact that the DOJ did not prove harm to the consumer. Those such as yourself take a middling approach but warn of dire results indicating that :

1. In your opinion that the judge is a fool and unaware of what has been going on in the marketplace.
2. The 39 million shares sold on a 2 1/2 point uptick in anticipation of a possible release of finding of facts were purchased by yet another kind of fool.

I would say that you, Smart Investor and others qualify to write copy for ZNet,CNBC or some other clueless financial/computer media outfit.
