Your message implies that Gravis was a risky proposition (which we knew and accepted) and that is why we lost money. However, I am quite sure that Gravis has beaten the odds and pulled through its bad period. However, we still lost significant money. So we won, and we lost?

The risk we were betting on was whether Gravis could make a turnaround against ever increasing competition and after a sequence of ever increasing losses. What we were not betting on was that the current management would do everything within their power to bring down the price of the company stock in order that it could be sold
FOR DIRT to a huge conglomerate.

I can certainly see why they did this, since now they can easily leverage bigger deals and easily get instant credit, etc. Also, they don't have to publish profit numbers anymore.

What I can't see is why we have allowed them to get away with this....
