I2: Incredible. Have you seen those new ML TV commercials where ML clients are at some seminar trying to understand the new ML flat fee program? Love it. It makes the customers out to be total idiots. They keeping describing such a simple concept and then say they don't get it. At the end, one customer says something like: "You will have to be patient with us; this is all very new." I am surprised that these twits can dress themselves. ML has insulted the intelligence of its customers.
