The above makes common sense, but will it for CC? The key here is "VLNC not needing another financing deal this month". Has anyone seen a SEC filing to that effect or a news release about borrowing more from anyone? If not, ask yourself why. If VLNC does not need financing for Nov, 99 to pay for their operating costs in NI and if CC is not privy to VLNC's recent developments (since their negotiation had failed), CC is history, in my opinion. Period.
The count down starts on Monday, Nov 1!
We already had a hint today (Friday, Oct 29: price rise with moderate volume) as to how it might play out after Nov 1. Just my opinion. Ram |
