Thanks, Larry and Zeev. I am already long SCUR. I have traded in and out of it profitably during the turbulence of the last few months. Until the new financing wrinkle came out, I was hoping we were reaching the end of the floorless situation. Guess I better hope Marshall "induces a nice little rally" for my next exit...:-) Gee, I am getting REALLY sick of these floorless deals! Thanks guys! Cathi
