Was the 13 1/2 point gain for SUN in two days spurred by anticipation of a positive ruling by Judge Jackson? I don't think there's a single reason to point to, Marvin. I just think we have a hot stock in a hot tech market on our hands. The more often Joe Kernan shows the SUNW 1-year chart that looks like a straight ruled line from the lower left of the rectangle to the upper right, and says "Geez, gosh, golly, that's unbelievable", the better it gets. (Even if the CNBS Nasdaq reporter does stand in front of the SUNW price every time.) If the ruling is unfavorable the stock will take a small hit, but I think growing awareness and general momentum is a much bigger factor JMHO. --QwikSand
