Elmer, we are obviously talking about two different things. You keep comparing Dresden to the future Fab 16 while I have not up to this point. The way I see it, the proper term to describe both is they have both been POSTPONED/DELAYED, but in two completely different, bipolar ways. Fab 16's construction has been delayed/postponed and Dresden's production has been delayed/postponed. Can we agree on that last statement?
