I did not accuse Butler of fraud - he accused Barrick of fraud! Get hold of Barrick's Annual Report - visit it's website. Butler clearly has not done his homework. It isn't up to Barrick to prove they aren't fraudulent - but it may be up to Butler to defend himself against libel or slander. Barrick may decide to ignore him, and this may be the wisest course with a pest - I don't know what happened to his 'open letter to Peter Munk' for example. He himself wonders why he hasn't been sued for libel -it's difficult to bring a libel case in the States - however just your cause - and there is a downside for the plaintiff - so it's possible that Barrick's attorneys would advise against such an action, I don't know - just as many articles in tabloids go unchallenged.

You keep admitting that you haven't a clue as to what is going on - just let it rest there - if you haven't a clue, and I'm quite prepared to agree that you are correct -g- why do you believe Butler? If you haven't a clue - why do you believe anyone for that matter, including Barrick? Because if you haven't a clue you are in no position to know who to believe. d
