FYI, on October 15, 1999, my lawyer filed the Motion to Intervene and Unseal Court Records in Case No 99-2911 (MWF), Zenith Electronics Corporation.

Today, the LGE/Zenith attorneys filed a motion to delay (due November 3) their written response to my motions of lifting the automatic stay and unsealing court records.

This is not a singular defense against the actions of LGE to acquire all the assets of Zenith in US Bankruptcy Court. The court has received written objections from the following (in addition to mine and the Equity Committee's):

Fran Dobos
William & Gladys Wiebe
Malinda Sutcliffe
Nordhoff Investments
ADFlex Solutions
IP Global, Inc.
William Michaels
