MAKR - JMHO something stinks... Looking at the chart....btwn 1445 - 1450 on 10/28, a day before a +8 15/16 run (+50+%) a volume spike down of 1,425,700 (it shows as a 6 different huge vol transaction btwn 1453 to 1454 in T&S data sold at lows of 17 and 17 1/8 when the going market price was about 7/8 higher)on day's vol of 1,706,600 occurs. It was a sell that drove the OBV to neg 1,632,600... remember the float is only 5 million.

Opinion only here: (more like questions to myself voiced aloud so don't sue me, I'm stupid.) What gives? Is someone this dead brained sold such a huge amount without grilling the company for guidance? Or was this a short covering on a prearranged cover transaction? Stock dilution? Restricted sale? Did someone get taken? Looks like SEC investigation scenario to me... my head aches, spinning now... is a sale in the future(merger mania?). Or did our brother traders just blindly threw money at this one because of increase in previous day's vol (a sale)? With the previous day's nice setup... it's possible...

The company appears to be okay on their 10Q filing and their last report seem okay with new processor gaining acceptance... I'm more concerned with the timing and the fallout if something is rigged. On their last 10Q they were a small supplier to ASND, CSCO and FORE and recently gaining acceptance with the likes of NT and LU (of course ASND here) in their newer MXT4400 processor...

So is this all confusing? You're right... so more DD is required IMO unless a ride to the gray "beyond-dom" is your taste... NOT!

I'll watch on the sideline just in case the chart ticker and NASD times/sales entries are wrong. Hmmm... interesting.

Tell you what... <g> I give up. Your turn...

My .02,
SF
