Hello Saul: Their is an excellent book on the VSE and its history called "Fleecing the Lamb". It is a bit dated but still interesting reading. I forget the author's name. After my STS drubbing I asked myself what could have I done to prevent it. The VSE warnings were a good clue and I wish now that I had heeded them. There is an old saying that you can judge a person by the company they keep. In STS's case that company for a while was George Chelikis. I made a big mistake not selling then but STS was telling me eveything that I wanted to hear.
