Yep, I agree 100%. My grandfather has a saying, "Back when the Unions started whining for the 40 hour work week, I told my forman, "A man that only works 40 hours is half retired already!""

I think that all three of the major generations right now, boomers, computer and internet, need a BIG dose of hard work. I think another Depression would be good for the country in many ways societaly, but the economic costs would be far too high.

Think about it, hardly anybody could afford a Lexus SUV, 4000 square foot house, OR even digital TV. Life would come to a shattering halt.
