This CV issue represents less than 3% dilution. It was a brilliant Financing move essentially done to keep the ratinng agencies happy. Gary Winnick is a brilliant financier.

In an earlier post I questioned whether he had the experience to run a telecom company. Well on thinking it over it seems that this company needs more is financing talent. GBLX's goals to become the largest telecom company in the world requires financing skills more than anything else. It seems GBLX is in good hands.
