There seems to be a discrepancy in the tax status of the disposition of semi-cube This is a quote from Cubes' press release which implies a non-taxable spin-off or a taxable sale. c-cube.com "In addition, the C-Cube shareholders will receive spun off shares of the semiconductor business or net, after-tax proceeds of any sale of the semiconductor business."
