Big,

QChart... my setup on a 21 inch screen.

The chart module is on the left hand side occupying about 40% of the screen and about 75% down with OHLC display, (10, 21, 50, 200) moving average, and (20,2) Bollinger bands. With it also are vol, MACD (12,26,9), OBV, RSI and STOCH (5,3,3).

Right under it, occupying about 20% vertically, are two Hot lists (Very Short time up and Above VWAP) shrunk down to fit the available space and cascaded with a shrunk down ISLD book module.

The last on the left side occupying about 5% is the shrunk down Level II module with only the indicator (bid/ask) bar showing. (I never use the rest of the level II content since I don't need to know who's buying or selling... I'm more concerned with totals and the order imbalances) and if I so desire the maximize button is just a click away anyway.

Right side: 60% of the screen.

I have on top a quote sheet (Portfolio list) where I place my current holdings with the normal garnishments and position informations. This is sized to only show about 15 rows.

Next down is another quote sheet (occupying about 75% of the vert screen) with personal picks on top and watch lists separated by empty rows per day for easy numbering recognition. (I have about 10 days loaded and deletes the 11th each day) The quote sheet module is configured with (from left) Title, Last, Blocks traded, Tick, Trd Size, Net, Net%, Volume, Bid, Ask, Bid size, Ask size, Money flow, Uptick Volume, Downtick Volume, Open, Low, High, Block Volume, VWAP and QTRIN.

Right underneath this quotesheet, I divided the space into two equal parts and placed a T&S data module on the left and a Hot List with Stock Point gainers on the right.

That's it. Of course on the modules you'll have to turn on the sym button to green so that anything you click on your quote sheet will be reflected on the rest of the modules... this is the feature I like the best. Plus, if you only have one monitor you can configure the broker button on top to take you directly to your brokerage... mine is on a separate monitor on pages of IE5 (3 separate accounts) cascaded and always ready for action.

If you have another monitor, PM me and I'll give you my setup on my second monitor containing the newsletter list... but I'm sure with my watchlist setup you can pretty much guess what they look like.

Great guns... how many of us are using QCharts here now? I remembered when I first came on this thread packing my QCharts and everyone said... Huh? What's that? Eeehh... must be yucky! <VBG>

Good choice Mr Big... you'll be amazed how much more efficient your trading will become with this fantastic tool!!!

Regards,
SF
