and will the money be available to the general fund or must it stay in Europe. Being that Toys International.Com is a subsidiary of PLCO. The monies from this IPO would be available to the parent co., whcih in this case is PLCO. Also note, that they are only selling a 22% stake in Toys International.Com. Israel
