I guess reasonable minds can differ. I don't think the Judge has been or will be unfair. And I think Microsoft will be found to have violated the law, with that decision affirmed on appeal if an appeal is taken. We'll see whether I'm right soon enough (although an appeal could take some time), and one of us can admit he's wrong. JMHO, of course.
