I just got the new program CD yesterday (version 2.1) for installation on my new machine. I tried this a short while ago and get about 15%-16% into the install and get the fatal error message: "This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. If the problem persists, contact the program vendor." I also noticed in the early setup stages, I get this message (I've tried this now 3-4 times): "unInstaller setup failed to initialize. You may not be able to uninstall this product." I've never seen that one until today?!? With QP office closed for the weekend, I'm hoping someone here may have a suggestion that would get me going.
