Who knows? Important thing is what are your stocks doing? I suggested that beginners should set this one out on 19 march. For those that choose to play, you must accept risk. Those that play based on anything but price and volume measurements really increase their risk. Good Luck to them they need it. IMO: correction lasting into May. nothing to do with interest rates that is smoke and mirrors like all reasons for movement.
