To the thread. I read the "this thread is for day and position trading along with trading tips....leave your attitude at the door because this is a clean site free of any fights, scams and pump and dumps." and left MY attitude at the door, but Tim seems to feel that he is exempt from the wicked creed. I also tried to resolve the issue by PM. Tim doesn't care about his actions, takes no responsibility for his actions, and therefore, was unwilling to resolve this privately. Tim's response is as always, to threaten lawsuit from his retained attorney.

I thought your attorney told you to limit your posts. Looking at your profile, one notices over 100 posts on just October 29th alone. If you averaged 100 per day since inception of the NR4W thread, then that would mean, well, that you were half the posts on the thread. Since 100 seems high, lets use 50 per day on average. That would mean 1/5 of the posts are yours. I wonder if Jenna has that high a post rate?

If this news didn't justify a break from SI, what did? I personally believe that Tim has an illness. I am not questioning that or calling into doubt that he has a medical condition.
But now, his health has improved enough that:

I hear the "But he was Obviously joking, look, he didn't sign his name!" Read the posts before and after. This was during the now infamous GlockTwentythree incident where Tim and others signed false names as a "joke".
Folks, I tried and tried to get Tim to simply offer a public apology. Yes, I told him I would post this, and he considered that black mail. Funny that Tim thinks that when someone privately asks him to set right a wrong, his reaction is to call the request a threat (well, maybe to his ego), and then calls every law enforcement agency on the planet and his lawyer and threatens to sue sue and sue.
I guess the question for the thread is, shouldn't Tim be held to the same standard as us? Don't the words at the start of this thread mean anything? Or is Tim so far above us that they do not apply to him? |
