Good analysis, Brian.

But on the other side of story, can I say that NSIL has spent so much effort to make everybody be aware that ARM is powerful, and now the big boy Intel also shows interest, and will he now elbows NSIL away and NSIL can only have NET but no ARM.

How good is NSIL's licensing agreement with ARM or supply agreement with AMTEL, can they be stopped delivery without any compensation? (I heard somehow they claimed their performance is not as good as they expected in a certain period of time when AMTEL have problem to deliver the chip, but if AMTEL does not want to supply at all, what will happen?)

I hope they will not enter into shaky agreement as their sister company Uni Precision.

Brain, can you analyze the situation for us.
