Didn't their original underwriter go out of business?, and additionally , isn't is a possiblity that the company will not even be in business much longer without some real revenues?....... I am not even talking earnings here, lets just see some revenues; it is very possible that the street knows that this company will be coming back for additional financing, and the 14 million shares currently issued will double or triple before they get any tangible sales....... they already have a market cap of 28 million on sales of one million; and their cost of sales is also a million; so it is costing them a million to sell a million?...... I dont like to make negative predictions on stocks, but give me a reason to buy this stock, even at this price, if I cant be sure of how many more shares are going to be issued, and what kind of deal they will have to make with the devil, in order to get their next deal done?
