Now that you've brought it up, do you happen to know what the status of the lawsuit is? I was expecting someone to ask about it in the conference call, but nobody did. Doesn't seem to be anything on the Cymer site about it either. It's been over a year since it was filed, and the last info I heard came from the annual meeting where they said that the jillion plaintiff firms still hadn't settled on who was going to be the firm in charge. It would be nice if the whole stupid thing got tossed out of court, but it's probably too much to hope for. Wonder if I'll attend the next annual meeting and it'll still be pending.
