Pangea did not ask me not to comment publicly on the Ashanti default situation. What is meant by technically in default and legally in default, I have no idea. Also, it would seem that Pangea is not going to take any action on whatever Ashanti has defaulted on but, rather, is going to wait to see if Ashanti can deliver on its October 1, 2000 deadline. About 10 days ago I was told the Imwero results would probably be out before the Tulawaka results but Pangea could not put a definite time frame on the releases. Terry
