The form 10 shows 13.9 million shares as of June 30, 1999.

I have factored in 20 million shares for year end 2000, because it is easier to
multiply by 20 for the 100 million market cap x $5 bucks, that I feel the stock should
currently be, and because this company chooses equity finance over debt.

I don't have a problem with those numbers Sid, do you?
