I used the 3.8 million from memory but upon checking consensus is 4.5 million "If 35% of Amazon's total customer base has never returned for a second purchase, what value is Amazon's total customer count? "Is it fair to include in Amazon's 'community of online shoppers' 4.5 million or so people who aren't currently active?" Von der Porten asks. My error. The likely inactive is 4.5 million customers.
